READ ALL OF THIS:- I can't say enough about how much Kids Time Academy meant to us for so many years. My children have been part of this daycare since 2021 my son was a year and a half when he started. Now, I have a 10-year-old, a 5-year-old, a 2-year-old, and an 8-month-old, all of whom grew up in this environment. Through my job changes and financial struggles, the staff was always supportive-until Ms. Linda left. After her departure, my autistic son, who once thrived, was suddenly treated as a problem. My 2-year-old and 8-month-old's diapers would often go missing; they'd come home in the wrong ones, causing rashes from their sensitive skin. I did fall short multiple times, and while they tried to accommodate in some ways, I was still made out to be the problem. Ultimately, they suspended my autistic child for a provoked behavior, suspending him for a month. Once he returned, I was still hopeful, but things got worse than before. They called me after, asking if my children could return, and out of trust, I brought them back-but once they did, it was even worse. Upon returning an employee overheard me speaking to Qua about my children time being up at this facility due to them no longer feeling welcomed or have a place there the employee that was eavesdropping told the director and they took it upon themselves to kick my children out improperly, which left me in a bind with my job because it was so abrupt. I only found out because I sent my son to school to get on the bus to go to Kids Time and they left him at the elementary school, In which I demanded them to go and pick my son up and they did so. I didn’t have time to find another facility or anything, and when called and asked about what they could do to accommodate the mishap on their end, I was told they had already found someone to replace all four of my children within a three day time span Friday being the only business day and Saturday and Sunday they weren’t even open which led me to feel as though they were lying and did not want to deal with my children anymore. And now we’re here I’m still without childcare and on the verge of losing my job if I can’t find somewhere for them to attend soon, that’ll also accommodate my child with his disability as well as having space for four children in four different age classes. Any reviews posted before October of last year are not reflective of this new managing those are for Ms. Linda or Quay's care. My children's time there is now at an end, and it breaks my heart. But this was probably what's best for them anyway.
I toured this daycare center today and was extremely impressed. The facility is spotless, well organized, and thoughtfully set up for both learning and play. The staff were warm, professional, and clearly passionate about what they do. Every interaction reflected a genuine commitment to the children’s safety, development, and happiness. The overall environment felt calm, structured, and nurturing. This center exceeded my expectations and immediately stood out as a place I would feel completely confident trusting with my children. While picking up my niece from school I was able to take a tour for my 2 kids without an appointment. Ms.Tasha was very helpful. Enrolling my kids next week!!! Thank you!!!!
Grandkids enrolled on Monday, it is clean, smells good and the employees are nice.
My family and I toured the school last week. The entire team of administrators and staff were so nice. Definitely enrolling in the summer.
I was horrified listening to what was happening in the classrooms here. We attended less than 2 weeks. In talking with neighbors hearing story after story of how this school is run. I’m floored they are still open. There is a reason they always have space available.
To the owner-Thank you for the extremely late response to the review. Unfortunately COVID couldn’t have been the cause at the time we were there. I dropped a recorder in my kids pocket to hear a 2 YEAR old teacher lock him and another student in a bathroom with the lights out as a punishment. I also heard things that adults shouldn’t say to each other said and YELLED to the kids. I only decided to post this when I heard another families experience. I have never posted a negative review about any business ever. I also tried to contact the owners before reporting the business to the police and got zero response until I posted a Google review. Shame on you.

The staff here is incredible. They treat my kids like their family.
Kids Time has been a great place where my two girls love to go every day to learn. We are in our third year there and appreciate the consistent updates, activities and engagement from the staff. Big shout out to Lynda and Que! Thank you for all you guys do.
My daughter loves going to daycare here, and the teachers and staff are so wonderful (we absolutely adore Ms. Lauriel!). Drop off and pick up are always so smooth, which was a real struggle at our old daycare, but my daughter is always so excited to spend the day with her friends here! I highly highly recommend!
My daughter is in Pre-K and she loves it. We appreciate Mr. Sean and his assistants hard work. Thank you...Que is very welcoming... I would suggest though that the other staff be more welcoming when parents enter.
Would not recommend this place to anyone looking to put their kids in daycare for the first time. With that being said, I would like to state that the director and most of the staff are very kind people. Ms. Lauriel is truly awesome!! They also do great things during the holidays to help elevate the experience for the kids. My children were going there for quite some time, and at first it seemed to be going great, other than the frequent sicknesses my kids would come home with (which is kind of expected when sending kids to daycare, however this was extreme). As time went on, the experience continued to go downhill. My children who once loved going, started crying every time we'd take them. I do not have an explanation for that, but I do know that it got to a point where we would see a different teacher in their class each day. The final straw was when we picked up my daughter and she pointed out a kid in class had hand foot and mouth and was just playing amongst all the children, not to mention all the kids in class were being supervised by a minor. Sure enough the next day, the school sent out a notice saying it was exposed to the class. For whatever reason, they also seemed to be losing staff left and right. I hate writing such a poor review but as a father of three small children, I would recommend searching elsewhere for childcare.
Our twins have been at Kids Time for two years and they love it. All of the teachers and staff are friendly and I know my kids are loved and well-cared for while we're at work.
This daycare has been amazing for my son who has been here for almost 2 years. All the teachers know each child and always care for them with alot of love. Even teachers who are there temporarily show a lot of love to the kids. I will be bringing my 5 month old here as well because I know that this place treats every child like their own. CONTRARY to what people said in other reviews my son has never had an issue with HFM or RSV in his classroom some parents just believe what they think. If I ever have an issues (rarely) the office is quick to make things right. We love KTA and my kids will be staying until they graduate pre-k!
From the day I came for tour i felt the warmth here..it exceeded my expectations.i highly recommend Kids time academy for any working mum, it took me courage to starting my son on a daycare after months with me at home and me going back to office. kids time academy has made us feel at home, whenever my son is there i am at peace he is in good hands. A very nice place with good and welcoming staff.....
I’m a first time Mom and KTA has been so great and has made me feel at ease with leaving my son in their experienced teachers and caregivers hands. He is 13 months now and has been going since he was 3 months old and he absolutely loves going to “school”. He gets to interact and grow with babies his age and the things he learns (and the rate at which he’s learning) is incredible. Thank you KTA!
A great place with wonderful staff. The playgrounds are very fun for the kiddos and they do a lot of fun activities for the children.
My son is in the pre-k program there and absolutely loves it. On the weekends he gets upset because he wants to go to school and he still comes home every day telling me what he did, how much fun he had and how much he likes his teach Ms Anne. The rest staff has always been kind and welcoming to us.
We have been going here for close to 6 years. We love the staff, they treat our children great.
If you have an infant, I strongly recommend looking for childcare elsewhere. This facility seems to neglect proper illness prevention and communication. You'll only receive notifications about RSV, Hand Foot and Mouth disease, and pink eye after the issues arise and you raise concerns. Their focus appears to be more on occupancy and revenue than on safety and health.
This place is awful there is no respect for students or staff.
Very friendly atmosphere, Stephanie is amazing, but I walked to the second building to get my son and saw a child left unattended outside. I saw him sitting by himself in between the buildings, nobody else was outside. No adults supervising. I brought it to their attention and it so turned out that the woman who left this child unattended was my son's teacher. Needless to say I was not comfortable letting my son go back knowing that there was a child missing and it went unnoticed. I pulled him out. Friendly staff, but they lost my trust in childcare.
My son started here 3 months ago and he loves it. He was in another daycare for a few years and never wanted to go. He wakes up every morning happy and ready to go to school. The directors greet you happily and the teachers are great! Very happy with our experience so far!
The teachers and staff who work there are great! We would prepay for the month (which most businesses generally appreciate) however the owners are over seas and won’t refund the money we prepaid after we had to move (and gave more than the required notice). Good staff and care but don’t prepay or expect good business from the owners.
My children (Ages 4 & 7) have both attended Kids Time for more than 2 years now. My youngest has been going full time and my oldest attends summer camp and after school program. The teachers are all amazing and I feel confident that my kids will be well cared for every time they are in their care. When choosing a day care it’s important to know your kids will be safe, have an enjoyable experience, will receive an age appropriate education and will be well cared for. I can attest that all three of these important factors are met.
They also run a great summer program for the older kids that offers fun themed weeks, weekly field trips or special events such as magic or science shows. At times they will even have bounce houses and ice cream trucks! My 7 year old has really enjoyed going to Kids Time over the summer.
I want to give a huge shout out to Shawn in the after school program who somehow gets my child with ADHD to finish her homework before I pick her up each day!

Our family loves KTA. The staff is great and my daughter is excited to go to school every day. My three year old is very advanced due to the socialization and skills she has learned at Kids Time Academy since she was an infant!
Kidz Tyme is definitely a Blessing to our family. It allowed me to get back into the workforce without any fear. They have always taken great care of my little ones and they are over joyed to go to school daily. The teachers are so attentive and very supportive in my children well being. I know not all daycares are trustworthy but if you are on the fence about putting yours into one. This is your place, a place where you and your family can depend on for the BEST care a school can offer.
This daycare is a sick and well daycare. They allow kids who are sick to attend and they do not separate the children. If you don’t believe this go visit the 18 - 24 month old class. Coughing and green phlegm from children’s noses. I have seen this for three straight months.
My girls have been here for over 3 years! They are the best and honestly couldn't survive the pandemic without them! They are like part of our family!
My kids have been attending the Dallas location since it opened in 2016. This center has always had excellent communication with the parents, which is something that was a requirement for our family. I have always felt I could go to any teacher and the administration with any problem no matter how small. Between all of my kids, (and I have a lot!) we have been in almost every room from the infant to PreK and after school. The owners are professional and compassionate and really take an interest in the kids and their families. Ms. Elizabeth and the the many wonderful teachers at KTA Dallas take good care of our young children and provide a safe and stimulating place to grow. They plan fun activities and events that educate the children and help them grow both intellectually, emotionally, and socially. During our time at this center, the teachers and staff have provided stability and instilled confidence that our little ones are being well looked after. Each year we enjoy the Fall and Spring festivals, and parent's night out! Oh how we love parent's night out!!! The PreK program (complete with PreK graduation ceremony and pictures) was an excellent transition for our preschoolers to elementary school where we had the opportunity to see their minds develop as they were prepared for school. The summer camps (and school-break camps) are fun-filled with lots of activities, field trips, and water days. It is everything we hoped for in a day-camp. We loved KTA Dallas so much we had a baby last year just so we could stay a little longer! 😉 The infant room, led by caring and wonderful teachers, has been wonderful for our youngest as we have seen him transform into the curious toddler he is today, and although I don't want him to grow up too quickly, I look forward to having him further develop in the 2's and 3's room that we have already been through with teachers we already love.
By far the best pre-K program & best staff as well. They have amazing teachers & my daughter enjoyed every bit of preschool here.! The whole school year was amazing and not once did I have any issues. They are on time with letting parents know about school events, school work, meetings etc. Pre-k graduation was the best part, never have I experienced a well organized graduation like I did here.! My other daughter will definitely be coming here for pre-k. We enjoyed kids time academy to the max!! Mrs. Rodriguez & Mrs. Shuford are the best teachers!
My son has been attending KTA since he was 10 weeks old, he's now almost 3 years old. KTA has been wonderful to my child! The staff is amazing and my son really enjoys everyone at this school, especially the director - Lynda Mull. The monthly learning curriculum is impressive and meals/snacks are nutritious!! I highly recommend KTA to all parents.
We have had children at Kids Time Academy since 2011! The staff has stayed consistently the same, something you don't find often in the childcare arena. The Directors are professional and child focused. The teachers are loving and nurturing towards the kids and friendly to the adults. I would highly recommend Kids Time Academy, you will not be disappointed.

My children attended KTA and I was very happy with the care they received. The staff were friendly and caring, my kids loved it there.
KTA is more than just a school its a home and family they treat everyone the same they don't treat different at all. They greet you every day with a smile on there faces and also see how your doing .
I did a lot of tours before I found Kids Time Academy in canton!! That was the first place I left feeling like I finally found the school I wanted my daughter to attend! My daughter never wanted to go to school at her last one and now she asks me everyday if she can go to school! Teachers made all the difference thank you Mrs Serena for getting my kid to love going to school!! I couldn’t be more happier!!! The biggest difference I saw then the other schools is when I was looking for next year for Georgia pre k they did not push me to join private pre k!! They treat all the classrooms the same private or lottery classrooms! All the other schools constantly said you get this and this with private you don’t get any of the fun stuff with lottery! Kinda tried making me feel like I’m a bad parent to do the Georgia pre k! Not kids time academy they made me and my daughter feel like no matter what class I chose she will be treated the same in either class!! Mrs Lynda was such a sweet kind person to show me around and made me feel so welcome!! I love this School and so does my daughter!!!!

Kids Time Academy is an excellent school. My daughter started 2 years ago and now my son is attending... They have an amazing staff and a very passionate director, Mrs.Linda who places great efforts assuring your child reach their academic levels. I would strongly recommend the private PK4 program. My daughter was extremely prepared for Kindergarten. My son is currently attending PreK 3 and absolutely loves his teacher, Ms. Helena. Just like with any business you may have obstacles or concerns but I must say anytime I had concerns Mrs Doris/Mrs. Linda addressed them in a timely manner, and provided followed up, and an effective plan. It feels great to drop your kids off and know that they are being taken care of. Thank you 💜
My son has been at KTA- Dallas since the first week it was opened. I have always said I would never put my child in a daycare. What I love about KTA is that it is not a daycare its a school. My son has some special needs and I was told he would not walk until he was 2 or 3 years old. When I left Bentley from the first time I was nervous and kept calling. After about a month Bentley was changing, doing things he wasn't able to do prior to going to KTA. Since the school was newly opened there was only one other child in his room, so I knew he couldn't be picking up these new things from the other child. After about 3 months Bentley started knee walking, talking, and eating new things. After 6 months he started walking, and learning to run. I believe that it was the patience in the teachers and the hard work and time they put into every child, that made him able to do these things. Bentley is now 3 1/2 he still goes to KTA in the afternoon and public school in the morning. He is THRIVING! I would not put my child anywhere else. KTA is more than a school its a home and these teachers are family. If you haven't been to see the school you should go in for a tour and see how amazing this family really is.
My children attend the Dallas location and love it. My oldest started Kindergarten this year and wishes he could spend his afternoons at the school. We have been very fortunate for the teachers my children have had as they love them as their own. I wish I could be with my kids all day, but I know they are in good hands while they are there. Everyday, my youngest wants me to take him back to school as soon as we get home.
My son attended there for less than 2 months. He was never in the same class when I went to pick him up, several teachers didnt know who he was when I did find what room he was in, he cried everyday when it was time to go to school, no communication from "teachers", I saw kids being ignored and crying in every class I passed by every single day, the list goes on. There was an overall sense of dread and unhappiness from every employee. It's cheaper than other daycares for a reason. Much better options available less than a mile away.

Terrible
I wish I would have read the reviews BEFORE leaving my infant. However it only took me 3 days to realize this place is no more than a overpriced babysitting facility. The young ladies who are supposed to be taking care of 8-10 infants under the age of 1, are so incompetent. They do not treat the children like children. I heard one of them say to a baby "shut up and just eat this bottle what's wrong with you anyway." They do NOT feed your child like you ask them to how hard is it to not warm a bottle. The employees are just babysitters, they are not CPR certified, they do not know how to care for children. They fed the baby and either put them in the floor or in a swing, which doesn't have batteries so it doesn't swing. The handful of toys available are in the floor where everyone walks in and out of the room in front of the counter where they change diapers. The daily emails are misleading, they were including the morning feeding of my child which was at home before he was left for the day. He was there for 7 hours they only fed him 5 ounces of milk. They also used out diapers and wipes for other children, which we were told would not happen. There is no one overseeing the chaos in the class room. I've seen kids screaming at the top of their lungs and both the "teachers" had their backs turned ignoring the baby. I was there collecting our belongings, as I had already made the decision to remove my child from this toxic environment, they didn't even know I had come into the room. There is no tummy time, no interaction outside of feedings, they leave the lights off I guess so the babies sleep longer, they do not work on fine motor skills or talk to the babies. Each time I went in they were sitting around talking to each other and not engaging with the kids. I stoped to let the facility operator know we were upset with the treatment we received at the hands of their staff, all she said was I'll talk to her, the man who I am assuming owns the school said how can I make this up to you? Really I just told you that there is a baby screaming and that they speak to children like they are trash, and you think I'm going to stay here?! Needless to say we used their services for 3 days 7 hours each of the 3 days and as soon as I pulled my child out they charged me a full week of care and the yearly tuition fee, talk about only being there for the money.
Kids Time Academy is an EXCELLENT Daycare. I would recommend you bringing your child to this daycare. Elementary kids can come for after school also. Please bring your child it would be a delight!
